Mindy Strich

Mindy Strich is a certified I.E.M. Biofield Therapist and I.F.C. Life Coach. She is the co-author of two books, The 28 Day Thought Diet and F*A*I*T*H* – Finding Answers in the Heart and a teacher of Dr. Lissa Rankin’s Six Steps of Healing based on N.Y. Times Best Seller, Mind Over Medicine.

After 25 years of seeking traditional medical solutions for a lifelong battle with an unknown chronic illness, she enrolled at The Whitewinds Institute of Energetic Medicine to find a solution to health issues that had plagued her most of her life. Her training enabled her to explain her illness, transform her health, and heal from an unexpected and painful end of her marriage.

Mindy is the founder of “Heartache to Healing” a group geared towards women facing separation and divorce and the co-founder of Women of Vision, a monthly gathering where women receive support, healing and wisdom through empowering conversations and a safe and loving community.

Kathy Shaul

Joyologist, Yoga E-RYT 200, Certified Yoga Tune Up®, Roll Model® Method Movement Therapy, Reiki Practitioner. Currently studying at Whitewinds Institute of Energetic Medicine. Passionate about self-care as health care, music and the ripple effects of joy.

When my marriage of 26 years ended, life as I knew it turned inside out and upside down. In one moment, every core relationship I had (and that I mistakenly believed defined me) changed form. Eventually, I learned how to navigate the space between no longer and not yet. I honored the transition. And kept breathing. I owned my sadness, my sh*t, and all the other really uncomfortable feelings. I slowly learned how to let them pass through without pitching a tent and getting stuck. To stop beating myself up (or others) about things I wish I’d done differently because it served no purpose. I slowly learned how to ask for and receive help and support. And that love heals. Loving ourselves first and then one another. That forgiveness is love in action and when we forgive we free our heart so joy and peace can live there.

Through conscious movement and sacred self-care (soul care), Kathy teaches transformative tools to help you de-stress, keep moving, feel better in your body and live as your best self.
