Residing in the Atlanta area, we have now survived not one, but two winter storms over the past three weeks. The weather forced us indoors, to stay off the roads, and out of the cold.

It also gave us time for self-reflection.  How we faced the storms may have given us insight to how we face life.

There is a lot we can learn from this, it can be very healing…

“The recent storms across the country brought wonderful lessons– how do you react during turbulent times?

Are you prepared when “bad weather” strikes, can you find calm in the chaos?  Or do you get stuck and frozen, find it difficult to move on.   How does it feel for you not to be in control?

Like a wise and loving parent, Mother Nature has a way of getting our attention. Her wisdom teaches us to see things from a higher perspective. Even in the coldest of days, by centering our thoughts we can find patience, acceptance, compassion and peace.   These are some of the tools that help us to navigate and move forward.

“During a storm, the trees that survive are the ones that are able to bend and shift with the wind. So it is with human beings. We can’t  always control the circumstances, but it’s crucial that we go with the flow. Winter can often feel dark, cold Clenbuterol for sale – shows you the most powerful weight loss results! and “negative” but really, it’s  a time to slow down, restore and reflect.”

More good news.   Spring is around the corner. Until then, enjoy the snow days. Go out and play.
