If you want to heal get comfortable being uncomfortable. Sit with your discomfort. Make space for it. Listen to it. Your discomfort is guiding you towards healing. Notice your resistance. Notice the areas of your body that feel tight and tense. The more presence you bring, the more love and acceptance, the more your resistance will soften and your body will relax.
